Booking & Cancellation Policy

๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ Booking Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed with valid guest details, including full name, contact number, and email address. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Payment & Deposit
To secure your reservation, a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay (including applicable taxes) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon check-in. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash (for direct bookings at the front desk).

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Identification Requirement
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa where applicable.

5. Room Rates & Taxes
All room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Rates may vary based on the booking channel, season, or promotional offers.



๐Ÿ“… Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Standard Cancellation

  • Free cancellation is available for most bookings if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equal to one nightโ€™s stay.

  • Cancellations on the day of arrival, or failure to arrive without notice, will be treated as a no-show and may be charged for the full booking amount.

2. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the day of check-in and fail to notify the hotel in advance will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the booking will be cancelled automatically, and no refund will be issued.

3. Modifications
Guests may modify their reservation (change of date or room type) up to 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability. Rate differences may apply.

4. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to check out before the original departure date, charges for the unused nights may apply unless otherwise agreed at check-in.

5. Special Periods & Non-Refundable Rates
During peak seasons, holidays, or special city events, bookings may be subject to a non-refundable policy or extended cancellation notice (e.g., 72 hours). These terms will be clearly stated during booking.



๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Policy

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • All refunds will be returned through the original payment method only.

  • Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.



๐Ÿ” Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies, Ballyfin Urban Stays may offer flexible rescheduling, credit notes, or refunds at the hotelโ€™s discretion.



๐Ÿ’ผ Corporate & Group Bookings

Special terms apply for corporate or group bookings (more than 3 rooms). These may include advance deposits, customized cancellation windows, or minimum stay requirements. For such arrangements, please contact our reservations team directly.
